Thank you for taking a moment to view my profile. Here is some personal information regarding my experience and knowledge of the local real estate market. I have lived in the Dallas area for over 30 years.  My wife Kim and I have 3 daughters, and have called Rowlett home for the past 15 years. We understand the importance of family and the positive impacts home ownership have.   I have been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years, I also rank in the top 10% of agents within our entire company.   I know the markets, area values, and trends of our local housing market.  I work with both home sellers and buyers. Whether you’re a first time home owner or a seasoned investor, whether you’re buying your dream home, downsizing, or relocating, I can assist you.  I take a lot of pride in listening to my clients and making sure that I “hear” what they are saying when they describe their housing needs and desires.

I was recently referred to Mark Wallar to represent me in buying my first home in the Dallas area. Being a first time home buyer, I had limited knowledge of the market and the challenges that buying a home can present. Fortunately, Mark made the home buying process extremely enjoyable and simple. I had never used a Realtor before when having a home built, but I’m glad I did. Mark assisted us in locating a neighborhood and a builder that met our very specific home type and features. During the contract negotiation phase, Mark provided valuable insight and guidance. I was pleasantly surprised when Mark attended both walk-thrus and help point out concerns we would have missed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark and consider him a friend!
